As has been explained above the general spirit

of the "Three Aspects of Democracy" is Liberty and Equality. Liberty and Equality have their foundations

in human nature and are its most valued elements.

Regarded fundamentally they are what we Chinese call humanity ({= ) and Love (†) words which were

愛)

There-

He used to frequently in the mouth of Sun Chung Sen. say "Revolution springs from Love of mankind". fore we who are believers in the "Three Aspects of Democracy" admit one basic sentiment, "Love" and that only. But as for the Communists they look with con- tempt upon human nature and treat men like machines or as material for experiment regarding them as victims

for the sacrifice. Therefore in our basic sentiments

we are entirely opposed to Communism. From this we see that the "Three Aspects of Democracy" differ from all other principles, and in particular are completely

unlike those of Leninism. Comrades of our party should

in all things embrace and hold fast the doctrine of the "Three Aspects of Democracy". They should do their utmost to preach it, and struggle for its advancement. They should not depart from its established principles one jot or tittle one fraction or hair's breadth. Let us cry out loudly together the watchword of the "Three People's principles", the watchword of our Revolution, and the watchword of our National Revolution.

Long live the Three People's Principles.

Long live the Kuomintang of China.

Down with Militarism.

Down with Chinese Communism.
